Universal 4-Links
If you have a straight axle on your car, truck or SUV, and you want to set the suspension wherever you like, you need some kind of axle location device. Say a universal 4-link for example? Universal 4-links come in both parallel and triangulated form, and their goal is to keep your axle where it needs to be, while still allowing it to articulate. This is great for bagged trucks, but lifted trucks can also use a universal 4-link, it just depends on how either is set up.
Now these are universal 4-links, which means you're going to have to do some fab work to make them work on your specific vehicle. Fortunately, they come with pretty much everything you need, so all you have to do is some geometry, math and welding — or whatever else it takes for your particular vehicle.
So pick one up and get to fabricating!
