Our kit delivers differing height ranges based on your vehicle, with 3.5" to 4" for 4WD and 4.5" to 5" for 2WD. When adding height to your vehicle, you gain much more versatility. Your truck can be outfitted with larger tires and wheels, which expand contact patch and give your vehicle a fresh, aggressive appearance. Your Ram 1500 will also obtain extra clearance and better balance, so your off-road capabilities will suddenly feel limitless. Belltech coilovers are designed to use high-quality purposeful components that work together in unity and create the ideal driving experience. Each coilover has a heavy-duty steel Trail Performance damper that has been zinc coated to prevent rust and wear and is preset with damping forces calibrated perfectly for your specific vehicle. The damper body is a large 60mm, providing more room to keep oil cool for consistent damping. The 35mm independent rebound and compression valves work within the damper to fine-tune damping results, and the sturdy 20mm piston rod gives the design outstanding strength. Keeping things clean and free of debris means components last longer, so Belltech also included a high-quality plastic dust boot in the design. To allow the ideal bump stop engagement, Belltech pairs a progressive rate polymer, open cell, bump stop with packers. Also included in this coilover design, is one large main spring. It is made of durable steel and powder coated. When deciding what would make these coilovers the ultimate addition to your vehicle, Belltech engineers sought to create a product that would also be easily installed. To achieve such a characteristic, they made it effortlessly pair with your OE top mounts, which makes for a simple transition from tinkering to journeying.
