ReadyLIFT Suspension has upgraded its 4.5-Inch Coil Spring Lift Kit for 2019–2024 Ram 3500 HD High Output Diesel 4WD trucks with four vehicle-specific Falcon 2.1 Monotube Shocks.
Part Number 49-19431 delivers the clearance and capability Ram owners expect from a big lift while maintaining a practical, garage-friendly stance. The system provides 4.5 inches of front lift, uses 3-inch rear tapered blocks, and accommodates up to 37x13.50 tires on 20x9 wheels with a –18 offset.
ReadyLIFT’s CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum Driveline Indexing System re-clocks the transfer case to improve front driveline angles. Heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, fabricated track bar brackets, a dropped pitman arm, sway bar relocation brackets, and bump-stop extensions help maintain proper suspension and steering geometry.
