Manual Air Valves
Manual air valves are some of the most basic kinds of valves that you can buy for your air suspension setup. There are no electronic components in a manual air valve system; the air comes into the manual air valve from the tank, and exits via another line into the air bag for that particular corner. The end result is when you trigger the manual air valve you're physically opening a gate that allows air to transfer from the tank to the air bag. It really is that simple.
Of course, we have other types of manual air valves. Schrader valves come to mind. These are exactly like the ones in your tires, except you can connect them to your air ride system. These manual air valves are great when you're first putting together your suspension and want to test it out. They're also good for emergency fill scenarios, too.
Manual air valves are simple, but they're also effective. If you're in the market for a set, you know where to find them.
