Pressure Switches / Relays
Pressure switches and relays are critical parts of your air suspension management, and they work together to make everything function smoothly. The pressure switch comes with different pressures: one to indicate when to turn the compressors on, and one to turn them off. Meaning, if your pressure switch is a 160/200 model, then it will turn on when the air in your tank reaches below 160 PSI, and will then turn off at 200 PSI.
Relays are the other part of the magic. A relay acts as a switch, assuming everything is wired correctly. When the pressure switch turns on, it triggers the relay to send power from the battery to your compressors. The relay does the opposite when the pressure switch says to turn off. Again, they're pretty important.
We have a lot of options here to choose from, including high amperage relays and pressure switches of various sizes. If you have any questions about what's best for you, just ask.
