Slam Specialties Ascend system is an advanced suspension management solution designed to provide precise, intelligent, and reliable control of a vehicle’s air suspension. Unlike traditional systems that treat the suspension as a pair of axles, Ascend provides true 4-corner intelligent control, allowing each corner of the vehicle to be adjusted independently for improved control and accuracy. Vehicle-specific calibration allows the system to learn and respond to the customer’s suspension's actual behavior, while four independent height sensors continuously measure each corner's position across the full operating range. With shoot-to-height precision, the system can quickly bring the vehicle to a selected height while reducing unnecessary adjustments Ascend also features coordinated mixed-direction movement, allowing multiple suspension corners to move together to correct complex vehicle attitudes efficiently. Smart air management intelligently uses available air instead of simply firing valves, while independent valve timing allows each corner to move according to the suspension's needs rather than forcing synchronized movement. The dedicated 17-button HMI provides complete suspension control without requiring a phone, and RGBW visual feedback makes the system’s current status easy to understand at a glance. Wireless firmware updates make it simple to keep the system up to date without removing the ECU or connecting a programmer, while the OTA backup and recovery architecture provides an additional layer of protection for firmware updates. Together, these features make Ascend a comprehensive suspension control system focused on precision, convenience, customization, and dependable performance.
