As an air suspension shop, we have a lot of different brands that we work with on a regular basis. Sometimes, these are companies that only function with one type of car, while others are fairly universal. It means we have a lot of choices for our customers, which is pretty great for you.
But which air suspension brand is the best for your specific needs? Well let’s break it down and see what we can figure out together.
You Need: Ease of Use
If you want an air suspension system that’s easy to use, then you want a digital height management system. The brands that come to mind there are Accuair and AirLift Performance, two companies that have been around for a long time and know what they’re doing.
What makes those kits so easy to use? Once your air suspension kit is installed and ready to go, all you have to do to get your vehicle to ride height is start the engine. Then the whole thing will lift to your predetermined setting and you’re able to go off and cruise the streets as you want. No worrying about air pressure in the bags or whether or not you’re sitting level. Between the Accuair e-Level+ and AirLift Performance 3H/3P, you have kits that will get you rolling with minimal hassle.
You Need: Extra Off-Road Clearance
If you have a Jeep and you like to go off road, then you want something from Accuair’s Jeep lineup. They have a few different options in that category which allow you to take your SUV wherever you like and get some extra ground clearance in the process.
There are other more custom options, but for that specific niche, Accuair is a great choice.
You Need: More Capacity
If you want to carry more things in the bed of your truck or tow more with your SUV, you want to have a bit more capacity. For that you want a rear air bag helper kit. We have a ton of choices here (including a few by Switch MFG.), and you can’t really go wrong with any of them. Air Lift Company is connected to AirLift Performance, and they both do an amazing job. Ridetech has been in the game forever now, and they also make a few nice helper kit options. You have a lot of good choices out there.
You Have No Bad Options
Look, we love all of these brands in one way or another, and there really isn’t any “bad” choice. But we also know sometimes these come down to specific wants or needs and you may not have a clear answer. If that’s the case, or you just have additional questions, come by the shop, drop us an email or hit us up on social. We’ll do our best to answer your questions and get you the best air suspension brand for your needs.
