The new Stone Fab Rear coilover kit for the 1988-1998 C1500 trucks uses a tucked in front hanger mount which allows the use of straight lower link bars. These mount utilizing your existing front spring hanger location. The wishbone uses an upgraded Johnny joint to be able to adjust the pinion angle and are rebuildable. This kit comes with a raised gas tank crossmember to allow for more ground clearance while retaining the factory fuel cell. You will need to slot the front holes to raise the front. The coil over mounts are made out of beefy 1/4" steel. This kit does require some welding for your coilover mounts and the raised crossmember. With this kit you get your choice of coilover between Aldan American, QA1, and Ridetech. All of which are an outstanding option to compliment our rear kit. If you are wanting to retain the factory bed floor you would need to select the underbed notch option ,otherwise be ready to cut for the monster notch. You are able to run a max lip billet 12" wide if you narrow the rear axle 10" overall. Available in Raw or Black powder coat finish.
